Buckle

I have been there several times now. But only 2 times for myself recently for purchase of jeans. When I went to purchase my jeans, I was confused as they do not go by typical size 0, 2, 4, etc. Instead, it is 26, 27, 28.... I rep saw my puzzled look and immediately took my under her wing and helped me with my jeans. She had asked me a bunch of questions about my style, size, fit, if I like wearing heals with them, etc. She took me around the store and had me try on about 7 different variety of the style I enjoy. She helped me through the entire process of picking out the perfect fit! I was so thoroughly impressed with her but also the other reps helping other customers, as they all seemed to be doing the same exact thing. I later explained this to my sister who frequents The Buckle, and she said that is hands down why she continues to be a loyal customer to them, is they are just that good at what they do there in the fashion industry, and are so good in customer service. About a couple weeks later, I had to come back as I had a bit of trouble with the jeans, as I think they shrunk just a bit too much in the dryer, and generally their jeans give a bit more than this particular pair did. The had me try them on, give me their input, were super friendly once again, were very accommodating, and got to the root of the problem with me, and all was solved and once again I walked out beyond happy with their customer service. Really, this is now my go to store for jeans and many other fashion accessories in the future.
