Salon Envie

I bought a prepurchased package from Elite Marketing who solicited my workplace for $55. I felt I was getting a great deal at the time and looked forward to some well deserved beauty services. The package included 4 basic services and for extra $ could be upgraded. At my first appt. I had shampoo, cut, highlights and style for an extra $65 before tip. The stylist cut my hair unevenly by half an inch. I didn't notice at the time because she styled it differently than what I had asked for. Visit B & D was booked at the same time (although according to terms on the back said all appts must be made individually). I hadn't received 1 of the services offered in the package but didn't realize it until after I was home. My last visit was scheduled but I got called into work early and called Envie and was told I had to forfeit my appt because as stated in the package 24 hr cacellations only. Seems like the rules are only convenient for the salon. I was rpped off & will never go back again!

Terrific is the only way to describe this Salon. Stylists are cutting edge and service is great. Bit on the pricey side but well worth it!
