        Overall

        Calls constantly about prescriptions needing to be refilled that I have either refilled, or are weeks away from needing to. No call when they are ready. Prescriptions put on hold, and no one can tell me why, but "oh, did you need that? We'll get that ready for you". I could go on and on.
