Last Saturday, February 20, 2016 I was in need of a cab. I missed seeing the driver's first arrival. I called again and the driver was also dispatching. He came cack, 5 minutes later and was friendly and super. Forgot your name but you picked me up at Talley's Tap. Thanks again for being so understanding in driving there twice.

Watched a cab driver for this company do some very stupid and aggressive driving- he obviously did not care about his own vehicle or anyone elses. This exhibition of road rage is hard to defend in someone who drives professionally- and often carries passengers. After seeing this, I would rather walk than than call this company for a cab ride.

I used Best Cab to go to the airport early morning. It was hassle free. Courteous and punctual driver, too! I would use them again!!!

I used Best Cab to transport my children to and from swimming lessons. I set up a time order for two weeks. They knew I was apprehensive to put my kids in a cab, so they promised to use the same driver everyday, which they did. My kids said the driver was very friendly. They last day, he took them through the McDonald's drive thru and got them a milkshake on his dime. He had asked my permission first. That is service above and beyond!

I called for a cab for two intoxicated coworkers that wanted to drive home from the bar. I prepaid their fare, including tip, on an estimate from the driver. I gave the driver their keys with instructions not to return them until he dropped them off. The driver then accepted a bribe of $20 to drive around for 15 minutes and drop them back at the bar. They proceeded to drive home. If somebody was hurt I would call the police.

Happened to see one of their cabs on i94 swerving off the road and in between lanes and speeding at random intervals. This is obviously not right for a cab company so I figured I'd give a quick call to the company and give them a heads up.

The call was short and that was it.. for that minute. Not 2 minutes later I get a call from another number. Its some bro impersonating a strange voice... asking repetitive questions about what I saw and I caught on this is a joke. I say "alright, this is useless" and hang up.

A minute later I get a call again in the same voice "ARE YOU ***** (bad words)?" and the fake voice stops. the next minute was a pretty endless "You F**ing PIECE OF S**T.. bla bla.. YOU GONNA CRY BECAUSE SOMEONE SWERVES ON THE ROAD. F**G PIECE OF S%T. N***ger this that, c**k s**t bla bla bla"

It gave me a good laugh at least and an ear full for wanting to help .. And I got a good lesson who NOT to call for a cab without having to have a bad experience with them.

Zero stars

They don't deserve ANY stars. Called a few weeks ago planning a ride home for my family after a wedding. Was told as long as I don't call for a bar time ride, I was all good. Was advised to call at 11:30 for a 12am pick up. I did do, only to be hung up on, yelled at and left with NO ride home for my family(2kids). Never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. NEVER again. Called another cab company and was home in no time! Hassle free!

I worked for this company for ...

I worked for this company for over 5 years. I would never take them. Their prices are way out of line, more than double what they should be. Most of the drivers are not very good people, I would not feel safe with half of them. The manager is worse than any of them. He is a racist, sexist pig. I have heard him cuss out customers, his saying is "my favorite word is the N word". He hates anyone who is not white, or male. I have even seen him charge someone extra just because they were not white. Please DO NOT use this company! I wish someone would put them out of business! By the way I quit because I couldn't take his abuse any more. My children are biracial.

My daughter is standing out si...

My daughter is standing out side of a locked empty building. She is all alone, in 90 plus degree weather with no shade, crying and getting sick, waiting for a cab to come pick her up because once again Best Cab says they have no order to pick her up. If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is just ridiculous. An order was was put in for transportation for 3 weeks from DVR, to get to a class. They had trouble getting the time right or even finding the order on a daily basis. yesterday I called 3 times to make sure of the pick up time for today, I was told they have it, one time the answer was yah yah yah and the guy hung up on me. When they were not there on time this morning I called and the first answer was there was no order but they were going to come. When they did not show up I called again I was told the cab had been at my home earlier and no one came out. When I said I called to checked on this the day before the woman on the phone asked some guy next to her if I had called and said he said I did not, basically calling me a liar. She proceeded to tell me if I had talked to her she would have written it down.On another call a different day the woman told me she did not know to read these things, after she told me there was no standing order for any pick ups. Right now the woman who answered the phone told me that my daughter was never picked up this morning and there was no order to pick up up tonight. I told her she was picked up, I watched her get in the cab and she was also late for school this morning. This was not just a one time experience with them, this was daily experience for 3 weeks. Right now the cab was suppose to be there at 4:30 and it is now 5:20 and no cab yet. I called and I was told the cab was on the way . We'll see...ok so now he arrived and is asking for $44 to transport her. I am calling them once again....
Thank you Cathy for being so understanding, too bad you are only in on Fridays maybe all these bad reports would not be out here about your company.
