RUDE SERVICE

My first time trying out this Party retail and supplies, and TRUTHFULLY, they are a disappointment. I rented a hot dog machine for my brothers carnival theme party and the machine did NOT even work.

1) they didn't supply everything that was needed for the machine, it was missing the glass and cover,

2) yeah, the machine turned on, but NO it DID NOT heat up, cook any hot dog, infact, it was disgusting how they started to change like a greenish color because of the 'Heat' it was giving.

3) we waisted a hole bunch of hot dog packets because the machine didn't work, a waist of food, of money and time.

It was a carnival party and children love hot dogs, but M&M party supply and retail disappointed us more when we called and they just forward our call to let them know what was going on.

After returning the machine, i let them know that it did not work, not one bit, and they DID NOT SEEM TO CARE. they just said "we can't do anything about it at the moment, but later on ill try and call you for more information about the machine to why it didn't work." TRY?! honestly it felt rude they way they said it and dont look at you in the eye.

Companies are suppose to care about the customers, because if you have bad customers, they won't recommend you, like me..

I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND M&M PARTY & RENTAL. why? because to start off with, they dont care about the customer being satisfied with the product, and thats whats more important. (and well, the machine didn't work and it made all the children sad)

I always work with this company, they are always helpful and appreciative of the business. The owner is Marsha and she is amazing, I recoomend this company for all your event needs.

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE!!!!
