I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment to have my stepson's room carpet cleaned. I got an appointment the same week. They got to my house exactly on time and the two men that came were very professional, friendly and knowledgable. I did not stay at my house while they did the work and when they were done they called to let me know they were locking the door and leaving. When I got home everything was as I had left it and the rug looked GREAT! They were also VERY reasonably priced and I felt like they went above and beyond! I will be using them again VERY soon!!!

We had trouble with are furnace once that left black soot throughout the house. Advance 1 sent an unbelievable crew to clean. They even cleaned every toy in my kids rooms. I have 4 children...WOW... Very kind and caring people. And a terrific job done... My house was never so clean or has ever been so clean since the day they finished. And they had my 14 room home spotless in less then 3 days.
