I am writing on behalf of numerous neighbors, as well. I personally am sick and tired of not having my packages delivered to my home, even though I pay for this service. Mail person puts orange slip on mailbox with huge DOG written on it. But my dog I'd DEAD. I knew they weren't even coming in my driveway at all.lazy and should be fired if they don't want to do the work.

I highly irate with my deliver lately our reg mail lady is out on surgery our sub is terrible she puts all my mail within a range of my neighbors mailboxes some to my neighbor some 2 houses down some to bat next door. I asked her she says oh I no the route pretty well!!! Excuse me but u just put all my mail in my neighbors mailbox after I just put my address in my box in bold #'s as well as our names now I have a 50$ order that says was delivered to my mailbox on the 16th at 3:45 pm absolutely not it wouldn't fit in my mail box for one and second I have a enclosed porch were it should have been put. And was not so now I'm making a trip to the post office she sucks!

I suggest that you allow a zero star rating because this Post Office deserves one. They have a regular phone number and an 800 number, but nobody every answers either number.

If I could give a negative - number of stars I would. This is the absolute most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. Especially in Watertown.

First, there is never anyone at the office that can give answers, just a phone number to Consumer Affairs. I can see why, they're just as efficient. Second, the phone will ring and ring and ring, all day zero answer.

Third, my mail has not been delivered regularly this includes bills and pay checks. Even after going all the way to the top (the congress woman is my next stop that's how bad this has been) I'm still not getting anywhere. I get the phrase 'going postal' this office is the epitome.

Fourth, I've had to drop off ELEVEN different individuals' mail that was stuffed in our box weekly. The house numbers wouldn't even be correct!

You'd think letting the post master know that only one family lives here (several times) the problem would stop...nope. I'm again for the fifth time this month, on the phone with the 800 number. Save yourself a headache and deal with fed ex or UPS. Personally I'm glad the usps is going under. The sooner the better, if those ppl cared about their jobs they should do them, period. Even with our name posted on the house, our packages are still always left at the neighbors- I hate hate hate this office, anyone working there should be ashamed.

Dont believe what they tell you on the web about this place, Their hrs said from 1:45 to 3 or later to get passports done, When we went there right around 1:30 they said the guy is too busy to do passports and we should go to another post office

They lost my item.Left on front step for all to see ,guessing by other items lef and found in time t. Called several times .received one token call and nothing !. Tried another number and they gave me a wrong email to send a note to the postmaster.Customer service and satisfaction ,there is not any.Keep your fingers crossed you get your stuff.!!!
