Rainbow is overall an ok store, the prices are a really good deal and are cheap. The store looks pretty clean and well organized. But the workers over at rainbow are very rude, not all but some. My daughter and I have been shopping at rainbow for a few times and last week this one cashier is very rude. When we bought this pair of Grey shoes in size 7.5 and didn't try it on because we thought it was the right size so we went to the cashier to purchase it. When we got home I notice that they were to big for her and we decided to bring it back to exchange it for a smaller size. As soon as we walked in this blonde short hair cashier suddenly said "I knew they would return it", I got really offended by that, just because we are Indian doesn't mean we won't understand English! She said that out loud in front of my face and there was 2 customers in line! Another time I went there to shop for so accessories this one old grouchy fat lady was a cashier and when I purchase something she didn't even say a greeting, all she said was "is this all". Don't get me wrong though, there is this one worker who is very sweet and kind, she is young and has brown long hair usually in ponytail and always has a smile on her face. Everything is good in this store except for the cashiers and workers which minus the 2 stars . Because of this experience I had last week with that rude old blonde cashier I AM NEVER GOING TO SHOP THERE AGAIN . I've worked in clothing shops before and the top rule was customers are the most important and make sure they are happy.

I have shopped at various locations around the US so I'm familiar with the return policy. Well today I went into the store with my visiting mother, neice and my son, to get an exchange/ or store credit for my dress that has the tags and hasn't been worn. The manager Kathy was the person who I started the process with, I explained that I would like store credit or exchange. She said do you have the receipt and the bag, I said no. Then she said she will not let me get store credit, I looked over at the return policy picked it up and said it says right here I can, she started to raise her voice and from their it just got worse, her cashier snatched the policy from me ( I should have called the police on her). She threatened me several times because I kept asking her Why? I proceeded to walk away at which point they kept laughing and talking, my mother who is on oxygen wanted to shop so I ignored them for awhile. Long story the Manager lied about what occurred, my problem fixed.
