Attorney Elisabeth Loukas routinely breaks the law by verbally threatening and intimidating people, intentionally mailing legal documents at the last minute (in the hope the opposing party will miss their court date or have no time to respond), refusing to turn over documents, not answering letters and emails, telling people who don't understand their rights false information, conducting illegal/inappropriate interviews with witnesses, and committing perjury in court. Whether this is a strategy or personality trait, I think this attorney is out of control. In court, she repeatedly talks over people and is frequently told by the judge to stop. Instead of doing what is in the best interest of children, Loukas destroys families on both sides and makes thousands of dollars doing it. We were very surprised to see so few reviews about Attorney Loukas online. In fact she somehow even managed to get dozens of people to give her thumbs up on Facebook. However I think this just proves Elisabeth Loukas intimidates people, they are afraid of her, and she aggressively pursues anyone who leaves a negative review. I was afraid to leave to this review, but posted it in the hopes it would help someone else. Ms. Loukas, this review represents my opinion and belief, which is protected by the First Amendment.
