The shelter runs a low cost spay/neuter clinic 2 x a month. They have helped me enormously with getting adult feral cats fixed to control the population. I could never have affirded go spay/neuter all the cats st a regular vet. There were so many kittens popping up. It was really out of control. Thanks to BAS and the clinic the population is stable now and the cats have been vaccinated as well. They are doing a very difficult job trying to help as many animals as they can without enough support.

We adopted 2 dogs from the Beverly Animal Shelter and found the staff to be very caring and dedicated. After adopting then, we then boarded them there when we went on vacation. Our dogs were very happy there and came home clean and exercised. I recommend this shelter to anyone considering adopting. There are more cats than dogs and they all are treated so well.
