They did a great job repairing my John Deere X300! They had to order parts and once they were received, my tractor was repaired and delivered back to my home in a timely manner.

If you didn't buy it there don't ask for repair parts. Answer is,"Put it on a trailer and bring it in." If its a light for a snowblower, "Not going to waste my time on that! I got a million dollars in inventory here." I wonder why that is?

The owner can be extremely rude to all people.

She does not like it when customers ask questions about the bill or the service and will most definitely let you know with yelling, stomping around and making accusations. Her workers on a regular basis, do not show up--I wonder why? However, the service on the equipment has always been ok, a bit pricey, but fine.
