Dave is awesome! He checked the batteries and made sure they worked before selling them. Which is 110% better than what Batteries Plus would do. They sold me a dead battery and told they could only refund me with store credit! Wrong answer! Battery World is the place to go for ALL your battery needs!

YES I stopped by to get some flashlight batteries and noticed they sold watch batteries also , so they put me in a new watch battery, Then to my surprise I had my cellphone in my hand and was complaining that the battery died half way thru the day and guess what... I bought a new Battery for my phone and only cost me about $30.00 bucks.. Know I'm going back to get a Harley battery and maybe new batteries for the boat and if my car acts up I'll go back again. And the guys working there could not have been more polite and Friendly.. GREAT JOB BATTERY WORLD

I went in there to buy a 12V battery for my sons power wheels. The guy who waited on me was very knowlegeable and suggested another avenue l could explore. The nane brand Power Wheel battery was 74.95. He suggested another battery for 34.95, and with using the plug end from my old Power Wheel bsttery l could adapt it to the less expensive battery. In fact he even did it for me in the store. When l got home and used the battery it worked just as well as the OEM battery for half the cost. He did not have to make that suggestion

it was $5.99 for ONE Chinese battery ?

Went home found a whole card of Chinese batteries for less the $5.99

also found brand name -same battery online too for $2.99 .....

So... I would do your research before buying here

"Some" of the batteries are off brand -no name - imports at premium prices

I had a problem with my truck as it was starting with much difficulty in the mornings, especially when it was cold. I live close to the Waterford store and requested assistance. The store manger Dave was very helpful and gave my truck a free checkup for the condition of the battery, starter and alternator. Dave found that the battery was OK but that the alternator needed fixing. He referred me to Don's Auto, just around the corner to get it fixed. They didn't make a sale that day but I will definitely go back because of their honesty. They could have easily sold me a battery.
