A very positive experience!! A car accident is never fun but the repair process was so pleasant, thanks to Waterford Collision and staff. With my insurance coverage, I could have went anywhere but I am so glad I decided on Waterford Collision. The entire process went smoothly, my vehicle was ready a day ahead of schedule and was returned in immaculate condition! Definitely a five-star plus rating for quality of work!

Tom did a great job with keeping me informed of part delays. Job completion was delayed due to limitations in available parts but that was beyond control of service center. Tom was courteous, informative and honest regarding the job. My Jeep bumper looks great!!!!

Horrible service! The front desk lady never smiles and very unwelcoming. The only reason why I ever go to this place is because its close by. I've been going there 10+ years and will never go there again! For some reasons they hate come backs. I got into an accident and took my car there to get fixed. When i got it back, noticed that the driver's side door didn't latch on fully unless you slammed the door forcefully. I took it back in to get it fixed and Fred was very rude. He snatched my keys from my hands and after having us wait for 40 minutes, he came back and told us they couldn't fix it due to not being able to get a screw out. Guess what? I went home and was able to get the screw out and fix the problem myself. The point was that they had already been paid in full for the job and when I wasn't satisfied with the job and brought the car back for them to fix something that was already supposed to be fixed, they made me feel like i was a nuisance. I do not recommend this unfriendly place to anyone and will never go there again! I've had many issues with them the last 10 years I've been there and have never said anything about them, but this was the last straw.

My good friend has a 2004 mustang that was previously repaired at Waterford Collision. He highly reccomended me there after he got his front facia repaired. My 2005 mustang was also in a crash. Don was extremely helpful with pricing and the end results were phenomenal! The paint match was incredible, and they had it done fast. Glad I went with Waterford Collision!

I was happy with the body work done on my Prius. It took longer than originally estimated, but I was given a new Chevy Spark as a loaner Car and Tom did extra work that I did not pay for to make up for the extra wait time. Overall I was happy with my experience.

I have had bad experiences with other repair shops & a friend referred me to Waterford Collision so I took my Chevy Silverado truck there to get repaired. I was very happy with the work they had done on my truck. The paint job was perfect and there was no overspray what so ever. Tom & Fred were the two gentlemen that I had spoke with and they were very nice to deal with. I will go back if I ever need body work done again. Thank you.

I had my GMC Sierra repaired at Waterford Collision and was blown away with the detail that was given to the work done. The job was completed ahead of schedule as well!! Tom was very helpful through the whole process.

I took in my Infiniti for repair and let me just say "wow". Waterford Collision offered the best experience. They were quick with repair and so easy and friendly to work with. I worked with Tom and he was so nice and explained to me in advance when I would receive my car back and the costs up front. I also loved their loaner cars!

“Over and above” That’s the only way to sum up my exceptional experience with Waterford Collision. I had backed up my Mercedes S-550 under a loading dock (that was apparently designed for a much higher vehicle) and my car had a large gouge in the right rear quarter panel. It was a real eyesore. I just wanted it fixed, so I could forget it ever happened. Based on a friend’s favorable recommendation, I brought the car to Waterford Collision. I let them know that I was not going to make an insurance claim and I only wanted the repair spot-painted. Don (the owner) explained to me that although that method would cost less, the results would be inferior. He suggested painting the whole panel and surrounding area. However, in an effort to keep the cost down, Don agreed to do it my way. I arrived to pick up my car on the day it was promised and the body and paint repairs were perfect, as if there had never been any damage. I stated that it appeared my “less expensive” method had worked just fine. To my surprise, Don smiled and replied that he did not have it in him to do mediocre work. He painted the whole area, as was necessary but that there would be no additional cost to me. I have to say, that shows an awful lot of integrity. It’s not often that the proprietor of a business is willing to make less money in order to do a better job for the customer. That’s why I’ll be a customer for life. – Stuart K.

Too long of a story..Invoice error..work not done,etc . Now I have to pay again. never AGAIN

Not happy with the place..They work up my quote with high quality CAPA certified parts and then installed Chinese made non CAPA parts even though I told them I did not want the Chinese crap used on my car. And this was a out of pocket repair so there was no excuse for this except it increase there profit margin !
