I recently went to Waterford collision for some repairs. A couple weeks later, when they finally finished, I dropped my rental car off at Enterprise, and they drove me to Waterford collision. The total for the repairs was $5,300 in which insurance paid $4,800 and I owed the $500 deductible. My debit card cracked in the magnetic strip earlier in the day, and it wasn't working. I had to go to Chase Bank in Pontiac, like 10 minutes away, to get the money for the deductible. They wouldn't release the car to me, and had someone drive me up there that had no idea where they were going. When we were headed back he almost pulled out in front of a car and got us hit. It was very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I ended up getting a new bank card printed, and paying them, but it was embarrassing, and very unnecessary. I was also dressed up, and I showed them my Department of Defense identification. I offered to leave collateral, they had my address on a work order.
