AC Tire & Service Center Inc

Called AC tire two days ago looking for LT truck tires, they didn't have what I needed but could order them in, then asked if I was getting the best deal on them and rather not call around was told there is hardly any mark up on new tires. So I decided to give the smaller store my business, then was told call back the next day to see if they were in ?? Why is that my obligation, I felt they should be the ones to call me if they wanted my business. But I called anyway and was told the truck should be there anytime and we will call you back this time. So all yesterday I waited for the call and NOTHING. I finally got a call from them today at noon, and said they were in, that's 3 days. So 2 days ago I called Belle tire ordered what I wanted, showed up yesterday morning at 8am and 9:30 was told my truck was ready. The price from AC tire quoted was $819 out the door and Belle's tire was $692. So in this day and age I don't know of many people that would like to save $127 and get better service too. Sad to say but AC tire will NOT see my business any more.

I took 2 sets of tires on wheels in to have them dismounted. More than half of the tires had gouges in the sidewalls when I got them back. One was so bad that when it was mounted and inflated the sidewall had a bulge. The tire was ruined by AC Tire. When I took it up and showed it to Cliff he blamed the age of the tire and would not admit that they did anything wrong. If that’s true why wasn’t I told of the risk before the work was done? I was a regular customer and it was great as long as things went well. But when they make a mistake they won’t stand behind their work.

I recently had to have my 2005 Hyundai worked on. I called a.c. Tire spoke with cliff the manager, explained to him that I had been seriously hurt and unable to do much driving in the past year and 1/2. My car needed a new oil pan and the shifter needed to be tore down and cleaned the cost was 1064.00 not Bly did cliff keep me informed but he also understood money was tight. They did a fabulous job, didn't take advantage of me and I will always go there for all my automotive needs. Thanks for doing a great job.

I needed one tire and they suggested that I get a used tire with plenty of tread and then wait and get all four new tires at the same time. I appreciated that they tried to save me some money and treated me like they want to be treated.

A C Tire is the best auto service I have found. The service is fantastic, never have I been disappointed in the service, price, our there abilities to get the job done fast and correct the first time.
