Overall

I would honestly give this store a half star if it were possible. I went in to rent a TV, and the first thing the manager says is, we close at 7 so I can't guarantee you'll get the TV today. It was only 6:30. Seems like ample time to me. But it gets worse. The manager kept referring to the property as "mine" and "his". I understand it belongs to RAC, but for an employee to establish ownership over the merchandise is less than desirable. I feel "This could be yours" is a much better sales pitch than "It's mine". The manager, of all people, failed to explain the entire renting process, and it wasn't until I was half way through that he added other supposed policies that actually prevented me from being able to rent. I asked if he had a printed version of the renting process or a list of documents I needed in order to rent from them; apparently not.. This seems fair to me, but even the regional manager said this is not available to customers.. Towards the end of the situation, my mother was with me also, the manager was becoming very frustrated and aggressive because we were asking a couple questions about their policies. He became aggressive enough that he was actually making us uncomfortable. At that time, my mom whispered to me, "Maybe you should just buy it out right, and not deal with renting at all." Mind you, she was speaking to me privately and the manager over heard her. He replied, "Yea, if you can afford it," in a very rude, and antagonistic way. Needless to say, I was very appalled at the behavior of this manager, and I will not be a customer of this company ever.
