If you are looking for a dojo/instructor then I strongly recommend Lone Star Black Belt Academy. Friendly/ knowledgable staff & instructors. To truely be able to teach (especially children with special needs) is a gift that not everyone has. Mr. Jackson has the gift. He is careing & understanding without sacrificing proper education in martial arts. We have had the pleasure of being part of the "Lone Star Black Belt Academy Family" for a little over a year now. Our son not only loves his training but absolutely adores Mr. Jackson & he doesn't open up to too many people. We couldn't recommend anywhere other than Lone Star Black Belt Academy for anyone interested in learning martial arts. With love & respect, The Snyder Family.

Lone Star Black Belt Academy"LSBBA" has been a great Martial Arts Dojo for our 8 year old Son. Who is now in his almost 4th year of training under Instructor Steven Jackson for his Black Belt. Not only has he taught and in steeled in our Son the discipline and respect of becoming a Black Belt in the Dojo but outside of the Dojo as well. Our Son has been competing since he was in the beginners division and we have seen from one extreme to the other that LSBBA was and is the BEST CHOICE we have made for our Son.Mr. Jackson and the LSBBA Staff gives Christopher "lil Hulk" the confidence that he needs to accomplish anything he puts his mind to for an 8 year old. We started with not knowing what to expect and after 3 and half years later we leave every day with an 8 year old that loves to have fun and learn new things. And also still has the same enthusiasm as the first day he started. We could not ask for a better teacher and staff.Now for the contract part of LSBBA, nothing to complain about at all. Incredible school. The instructors are great. Staff is super helpful and friendly. They teach not only how to kick and punch, but also to be respectful, disciplined, and an overall good person. Love it!

LONE STAR BLACK BELT ACADEMY IS THE BEST SCHOOL AROUND. MR. JACKSON IS THE BEST TEACHER THAT I HAVE FOUND IN A LONG TIME. WE ENROLLED OUR DAUGHTER IN HIS CLASS BECAUSE SHE WAS A VERY SHY GIRL THAT KEPT TO HERSELF WITH LITTLE FRIENDS. SHE HAS BEEN WITH MR. JACKSON FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AND IT HAS MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD. SHE IS OUTGOING AND VERY OUT SPOKEN. SHE HAS MADE MANY FRIENDS AND IT HAD ALSO HELPED HER SELF ESTEEM. MR. JACKOSN HAS A WAY OF TEACHING KIDS SO THAT THEY UNDERSTAND HIM AND WANT TO BE AROUND HIM. I AM VERY PROUD TO SAY THAT MY DAUGHTER IS A PART OF HIS SCHOOL, AND ANY CHANCE THAT I GET TO RECOMEND HIS SCHOOL TO SOMEONE I DO. HE LOVES WHAT HE DOES AND IT SHOWS EVERYDAY. HE IS WILLING TO TAKE THE TIME TO HELP EACH CHILD WITH WHATEVER THEY NEED. WEATHER IT BEEN KATATE RELATED OR SCHOOL RELATED.
