DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING HERE!!!

Dr. Zipperer is a lying, money-hungry scam artist who performs unwarranted and unnecessary procedures on clients. He personally oversaw my opiate medication increases just to discontinue me as a patient when I had to cancel an appointment due to a work conflict. I am currently withdrawing from these highly addictive medications due to his personal choice not to prescribe to me. Every visit you should expect to take a drug panel urinalysis and be searched for track marks while he asks you if you have been injecting your medication. I am a small business owner, parent and loving husband who had 2 unfortunate accidents: one on the slopes of Aleyska (the reason I went to his back pain clinic), and the choice to put my trust and health in the hands of a reckless, paranoid and medically negligent man. As for the other doctor at the Anchorage office, I have no complaints. The staff are kind; Zipperer is not. He needs to stop practicing "medicine" and start a career in black-ops interrogation since you can't get a word in due to his constant barrage of incriminating questioning.

Don't let him bill you to death while he gets you strung-out on drugs. STAY AWAY!!!

This is an actual office that listen to their patients, find the problem and fix it! I'm really happy with the results.
The staff is excellent as well they are efficient and professional.
sometimes it takes a little longer than expected but I wouldn't want them to rush me out the door when it's my turn to be seen.
