        Made an appnt a week in advance for a transmission flush. Asked for the first appnt of the day so I could get out quickly. I arrived 10 minutes before they said they were open, and got the car to the underwriter. I went to get a haircut. After an hour and 20 minutes I walked into the shop, only to find that they had not got my car into the shop even yet. After over two hours I got my vehicle.

        I wanted to try and work with a local company, but that was a mistake. They knew I was displeased with the service, but I did not even get an apology from them. Take your business outside of the Washougal/Camas area. I know I will in the future. They have shown me they do not care. I hope they are so busy they can afford to lose customers, because they have just lost one

        Overall

        Great Customer service! I was expecting to pay $500.00 for brakes today and was told I had a stuck caliper and I needed tires which was going to wait till next week. They fixed the caliper,added a few burned out lights and put on new tires. Then I heard the price. My response was YES with joy. They have a customer for life as well as my son and hopefully his friends. Great Customer service!
