What an AMAZING pool install experience! Ron made the process easy and supported us the whole way through - he rocks! So do the install guys Scottie and team! Gary went above and beyond to ensure all was done right and kept us updated. This business truly cares about the customer and are experts at what they do. We are SO happy with our new pool - these peeps made our dream come true! Reasonable, professional and very helpful. We researched alot of options and Backyard Living is the ONLY way to go for a pool!!!

I've been ripped off $6800 on a supposedly new twilight hot tub. I've owned this now for 3 months and used it one time because it's always got an issue. Now they are not returning my calls or providing service for my broken tub. The tub was sold once and returned then back to the manufacturer for repairs then resold to me as new. Gary is an absolute conman 100%. My skin crawls of anger I hope no one else gets taken by him. Lastly winter is close and with a hot tub that can't stay running I'm worried it will end up freezing. BTW this is my third hot tub in 13 years and I've never had any issues even close to this in the past with other manufacturers and dealers!!

I have had many issues with my pool that I got from them. Heater broke, and pipe came apart within the first year. I have had issues with the fiberglass cracking and the customer service is horrible. I tried for a year to get them to replace a leak and called multiple times saying that they would come by and fix it, but they never did. I guess you get what you pay for.

we were told tub we wanted was in stock - it wasnt!. we were told we would have tub in 3 weeks - it was8 weeks before we finally got it! we had ordered redwood colored ssteps and they left us with concrete gray steps until the new ones came in. as of nov 14th, we haven't reccieved them



today,013012 , the owner called me @ work,apologizing for all the confusion that had taken place with my hot tub order. i was very surprise and think it takes a lot of integrity to admit that there were problems in the chain, from the manufacturer to tthee retailer. the call for me was very appreciative and shows that he genuinely cares about his customers! he asked me what i needed in order to make amends and i replied "nothing", as we are currently enjoying the hot tub. i had no plans of taking advantage of the situation. perhaps this was just a "one-off" occurence. when a person sincerely apologizes , i believe in second chances, so we will be using this vendor for chemicals and,hopefully not, but if necessary, repairs..i would upgrade this retailer from a 1 to a 4!!
