Vision Appliance repair was prompt and sent someone out to my house in a day. My only problem is overcharging. The water sensor on my whirlpool front load washer was giving me an F-24 message which indicated that the sensor was not working. I knew what the diagnosis was, bought the part which cost less than $30.00 but couldn't figure out where this sensor was located. Anyway, the technician arrived; I explained to him and he opened the washer from the back, looked and saw what the problem was. The wires on the sensor was a bit twisted. He un-twisted the wires and charged me $125.00 including the $50.00 diagnosis fee. This was ridiculous to charge that amount of money without even changing the part. He was at my house 15 minutes or less. Customers beware; if you can change it yourself, do it and don't call these people. They are total rip-offs.

We could not have been happier with Vision Appliance. We called in Jan 2 just after the holiday because the refrigerator and freezer were not working. They came the same day and because we were leaving town the next day, picked up the part and got it running that same day. They were very clear about the costs, polite and very neat. A wonderful company to work with.

The service technician was friendly and very professional. The technician was prompt and courteous. He went straight to the problem of my refrigerator and voila it was fixed. I would use this company if I have any problems with any of my appliances.
