        In a one week period, I got coffee here. Both times I received terrible service . I said what I was looking for and asked for suggestions, and both times received unwelcoming short rudeness. I called to talk to the management and was told that couldn't happen.

        My first visit and last time patronizing Open City! While, in search of good cup of hot Chai Tea and with no SB insight, my colleague recommended Open City. Now, I must admit the chai tea was pretty good...that is until I got mid-way through my drink and had taken in, what I thought was a mass of dry chai powder that was not mixed in very well. Unbeknownst to me, it was nothing of the sort.as I was truly taken off guard, by the cockroach that I pulled off the tip of my tongue, which came from my inside a drink. This was completely revolting!
