Diamond Cab Offices

Like everyone else who complains about these guys, I called for a cab that never came. Sadly, this company is just like every other cab company in this city: Worthless.

Don't use Diamond. I called once and asked for a cab to pick me up from my office and it never showed. For some stupid reason I decided to give them another chance, but I got smart this time and called to schedule a cab in advance. The guy told me a car couldn't be scheduled in advance. What?! Useless.

I called Diamond cab an hour before my pickup time to make a bus back home. When they didn't show up I called them and asked where the cab was, the woman on the phone told me to hold, and then hung up on me. This happened repeatedly. After finally getting through, she told me to stop calling because they would send a cab when they could. I missed my bus and had to reschedule for one a few hours later. I decided to wait for the cab to come and take it even if it was early. So three hours later, I called the cab company again wondering where the cab was. The woman behind the desk told me to wait outside, the cab would be there shortly. So I went outside and waited. It was freezing so after 10 minutes I called again and the woman once again told me to stop calling, a cab was on its way. I called another cab company, which came in 30 minutes, but by then it was too late and I had already missed my second bus. The Diamond Cab never came. When I called them back to inform them it never came, the lady told me I shouldn't have waited so long to call the cab. I guess 4 hours isn't long enough. IF YOU WANT YOUR CAB TO SHOW UP, DON'T CALL DIAMOND CAB.

After calling in for a cab the night before the cab no showed. when we returned home the was a message left more than 1/2 an hour after our request. if we would have waited we would have missed our flight. no one picked up the phone when we called to find out wht was happening in the morning
