        Cooks have trouble with temperature control

        Came to celebrate wife's birthday.
        Salads showed up and 10 seconds later the steaks came. She wanted rare and got
        Medium. I ordered medium well and my steak was medium. Sent it back twice and eac time it came back less cook . Finally the last time was rare..... I mean cooled inside. I had to ask server 3 times for refill. On th up side the crab bisque was was great.
        With the Price per person I was terribly disappointed. In the service and the food.
