I purchased a frame and mattress there in August of last year and was told that the frame's have a life-time warranty. Tried to call today as I just found a crack in my frame only to find out that the number is disconnected and, as a previous reviewer stated, apparently has gone out of business.

Friendly and helpful staff...we found a platform bed here at a fantastic price..we love our platform eco-friendly queen size bed...we couldnt be happier! We did not sacrifice quality for the price...we just didnt overpay! We are are about to buy the same bed again in twin size for our daughter who is transitioning out of her toddler bed. We would buy one for our son as well, but he already has a bed. Go to Sleepworx in Warwick...no pressure sales...they answer all of your questions...even after you visit there several times to see what is in other stores like we did!!!

My fianc and I shopped around at every store for weeks, even the big stores. We walked into sleepworx and it was just the best experience. Not only were the prices incredible for good quality furniture, but the service was impeccable. The girl knew the product, was extremely patient and helpful. It was a no pressure atmosphere and we absolutely love our new mattress set and new futon for our guest room. We highly recommend them. Now my family has gone and bought their mattresses from them and they were also very happy.

I was a bit ambivalent about buying a low-cost futon/mattress combination from a company I hadn't heard of. "You get what you pay for" kept popping into my head. I stumbled on Sleepworx on Craigslist and the price was really very good - but I figured I'd have to tune out a hard sell and bite the bullet - sacrifice quality and service for a low price. In fact, the futon selection was very nice and the furniture is VERY well made, but the big surprise was the customer service. Boy do these folks stand behind their products!! I was assembling the futon in Newport when I found a pre-assembled arm was put together backwards. I called the store and the owner, Ray, was really surprised. He's been in business for 25 years, developed the line and oversees all production. He had not had this happen before. What did he do? He drove down to Newport that very day with a replacement part! I HIGHLY recommend these folks. I wish all businesses were this conscientious!
