I thought Val and Patty up front were extremely pleasant and outgoing. This is NOT a cold and sterile facility, but rather warm and inviting. Overall a great experience- I'll recommend.

Sadly, the owner here lost our business by yelling and using foul language with me. My daughter went to get an eye exam there, and was given a 9x11 sheet with her Rx on it. I purchase my lenses and frames thru a pal, extremely discounted. When I brought the Rx there, they said it was missing info, and to call the optician and have them fax it over. She called and the owner was giving her some grief, so I asked to speak with him. His immediate words were "Are you an idiot? That is the prescription!" I explained that I was her dad, not the optician and he began to yell at me, calling me "an a**hole, trying to put my hand in (his) pocket.". Then he hung up on me!
I called back to explain I was not competing optician but a dad - didn't get a chance - his foul mouthed yelled onslaught continued, so I hung up. I came to find out the Rx free, a promo maybe? If he calmly explained that, I likely would have given him some business, since we all wear glasses, and contacts.
STAY AWAY, RUN!

I've known Jane and Emmannuel for many years. They are exemplar professionals who take pride in serving Warwick.



Many a time Emmannuel has replaced parts on faulty frames that I got from other eye doctors, without accepting payment.



It is just the way he treats all the people all the time.
