I never thought I would be able to pass my certification exam with my test anxiety. I took it twice before coming here, the third time I just missed it by a couple points. Finally I passed and listening to pre recorded tapes really help me as my test date was coming closer. I finally did what I thought was impossible.

I suffered from debilitating anxiety. I have 5 kids and I had trouble leaving the house or driving because I was afraid something bad would happen. I had tried a lot of different medications and counseling and nothing helped. A friend of mine told me to call Dan Vitchoff at PA Hypnosis Center. She said she saw a news story about him on WTAE and she was really impressed that he worked with Olympic athletes and helped them win Gold Medals. Like everything else, I was very hesitant, my friend actually lined up a babysitter for my kids and drove me there for my appointment. As soon as I walked in I felt more comfortable. The staff was so nice, I met with Dan Vitchoff and he talked to me about how my brain works and why this anxiety can be so hard to get under control on my own. He also said he helped a lot of people in similar situations so I decided to give it a try. I couldn't believe how relaxed I felt during my sessions and after. I know I left the office with a big smile on my face because I can't remember the last time I felt that good. Now, I feel so much better. I have a lot more confidence. I don't worry so much about everything under the sun. I feel much more like myself. My husband is thrilled, he can't believe the difference, my kids tell me everyday that they're so happy that I'm smiling again! Dan Vitchoff and PA Hypnosis Center helped me turn my life around. Dan helped me stop smoking 4 years ago and now he has helped me lose more than 50 pounds. The hypnosis sessions were so relaxing, different from anything I ever experienced before. I don't think I had ever felt that relaxed before in my life. I had been really skeptical, I hoped it would work but really didn't know what to expect. I knew 5 or 6 people that went there and stopped smoking or lost weight so I figured it was worth a try. Even after the first session, I thought it was really nice but still didn' t think it would work but it did. I really am amazed. Dan's voice is so soothing and even though he didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear, he told me what I needed to hear and the results have been tremendous. I always said, I wish I never started smoking in the first place and now I say, I wish I would've gone to see Dan sooner!

I had a really good experience. They helped me stop eating junk food and fast food. Lost 30 pounds, I feel better, have more energy. Dan was very helpful, spent time with me, talked to me. His sessions were relaxing.
