        Overall

        We had our furnace checked and found we needed a new one. Old one was made 58 years ago! I asked about cleaning vents ( they had never been done) and was told it was pretty expensive and the ones to replace were the cold air return which we did. I saw them as they took them out and he was correct, they were awful! He said he would do all the other vents. When he turned the furnace on there was no dust or dirt and I could see all the vents. My house warmed up in no time with front and back doors open. They took all the old parts and were even going to shop vac my floors until I told him we would take care of it. I don’t know if we lucked out or what but we just got estimate and paid down pmt last week. Needless to say we are very pleased. They were very polite and careful going through house. Along time ago when I was man-of-the-house the pilot light went out and I freaked. Everyone I asked said Preferred is the best. He came to my work to see what I needed and fixed it and put in a new filter to boot. When I got home it was all done at a very fair price. I never forgot that as a single woman I was treated with respect and not taken advantage of. And that’s why my husband called Preferred Enterprises! Thank you Troy and the guys! The Steffans
