The Music Factory offers band rehearsal spaces specifically made for bands. Whether you want to play mind-blowing loud or soft chill, its all welcome. You wont be disturbing the neighbors nor the other bands inside. - 24/7 Access! - Intense security systems - Biometric entry lock - Surveillance system - First floor loading - Fully Heated - Dedicated electrical circuits to each room. - Properly Insured building and business - Highly engineered room designs - Suburban location near Hoover and Ten Mile Road - Just minutes from I696, I75 and I94 Our focus is on serious musicians that require higher quality rooms with great acoustics and minimal bleed-thru from other bands. We have many rooms that are rented on a monthly basis. Several different sizes and rates are available to suit your band. The building and all rooms are kept clean, operational, and respectable, day after day. We are constantly improving the building including a new roof, state the art surveillance system and biometric entry lock. The Music Factory has become a great place to network with other bands, but still has the feeling of being private which we like to emphasize. Please call for a free tour of the facility any time!
