I took my baby (2008 Hummer H3) to AAMCO Transmission in Warren to get a transmission fluid/ filter change. Dave informed me that I needed a ball joint and went above & beyond by sending me a short video of both the right & left side, so that I could see the difference & exactly what he was referring to ! I asked Dave if he could take care everything by the end of the day & they finished both jobs with a few hours to spare ! My baby is running smooth & both Dave & his wife Maria are professional & personable ! I will be telling my family & friends about the Awesome service that I received at AAMCO Transmission also I will definitely be taking my truck back for regular maintenance ! Being a woman who doesn't know much about vehicles' maintenance issues, I'm always scepticle about going to auto mechanic businesses to get a diagnosis and work done on my vehicle because I'm always worried I'd get taken advantage of by being a woman and not knowing the mechanics of a vehicle, especially a foreign vehicle which I own. Before deciding to go with Dave, I called several auto mechanic businesses/franchises to get a price quote on a diagnosis because my engine light came on and all of the quotes I was given was quite expensive. Dave was the only one who gave me a reasonable price quote and not only that he was friendly, courteous and very professional which is very important to me when it comes to customer service as I work and have always worked in the customer service industry so I know when and when I'm not being treated with great customer service. I wasn't able to get a full diagnosis on my vehicle because it was close to closing time when I arrived at his shop but he kindly took my vehicle in anyway and gave me a brief diagnosis of what the problem was and told me I can come back whenever I'm able to, to get a thorough diagnosis of the reason my engine light was on. He made me feel very comfortable and took his time with me and we even rates well beyond closing time which he never tried to rush me away. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see Dave for any vehicle concerns as I am confident that he will thoroughly and carefully take care of all your vehicle needs and give you the best reasonable price possible! I'm proud to say that I have definitely found my new auto repair home!

Here's why you should take your auto to AAMCO of Warren, MI. Prior to going to AAMCO in Warren, I took my auto to three other shops because I was having transmission trouble. I received quotes of $1100 to $2500 to determine and correct the problem.. I even had the transmission flushed at my local oil change shop [$145]. The problem persisted and so before I decided to spend that kind of money I took my car to AAMCO in Warren. The Problem? I was 4 quarts low on fluids. i paid $40 for the fluid and my SUV runs fine! Dave's honesty restored my faith in mechanics. From now on, AAMCO of Warren will be the place where I will have my vehicles serviced.

AAMCO, is the place to take your vehicle if your vehicle is in need for some work done. They have done a great job with my transmission And also with other major repairs for my 2006 ford escape.

they are very reasonable on there price and they are very honest my car was done in very fast time they did not charge me for something I didn't need I will be going back to them and letting others know about them

GREAT SHOP! I helped my Mom take her car here for transmission work, and the service manager was very friendly, and explained everything to us clearly and seemed very honest. The manager said they were under new ownership, and the owner has has multiple shops with great reputations, because they focus on honesty, integrity and doing great work. As a woman, I hate taking my car in for service, but they made us feel very comfortable and the work was done quickly. I will be definitely be back!

I've had transmission problems with other trucks of mine and taken them to transmission shops only to be jerked around and lied to,but these guys were great.The manager actually listened to me,and hes very knowledgable,and wouldn't do the work unless it needed to be done.They took 2 days ,I didn't feel like I got charged too much and I've not had a problem since.
