I spoke to Kenneth Oliver, letting him know that I am a first time buyer active duty service member. My experience was really good. The sales people kept their cool even when pressed for hard negotiations. They even accommodated having for performance parts installed at a reasonable price. This is a sales experience multiplier that shows they care about more than numbers and pushing cars. My salesman Jermey was respectful, calm, and did not stoop to manipulation or badgers. This is my second vehicle purchased from Five Star Ford and Martavious West. Five Star Ford had 5 F-150s in the color that I wanted. Martavious had my top two pulled up front for me to test drive. He was very helpful in explaining the differences between my top two choices. Two hours later my new Bronze Fire F-150 was detailed, had a full tank of gas and was headed home.

Great service, great employees, clean, neat dealership. Very easy to work with. They were not forceful and did not attempt to force any deal on me. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the entire process. They kept their word concerning each promise made and communicated very well and confidently.

If any of my friends are going to be looking for a Truck or Car, look no further than my new friend Tim Denton! Dude works harder than any car salesman Ive ever seen. I don't want his head to get too big here, but I did see the 37 salesmen of the months awards at his desk. I believe those were all in a row! Besides that, it was ZERO pressure. We talked before I got there, soon as he saw me, he took me right to the truck, gave me a tour of the truck, then tossed me the keys and told me to take it for a spin. It was really nice doing a test drive by myself so I could drive it the way I drive without worrying about riding with someone I don't know well. To top things off, he had the truck gassed up, threw in some floor mats, and then even knocked some more cash off! I talked to him last night until 10pm, then he was back at the dealership at 6am this morning, and now he is working tomorrow for his clients. I truly believe this guy when he thanked me for my business. Tim just gained a customer and a friend. I highly recommend him and 5 Star Ford Lincoln in Warner Robins.
