        Overall

        Worst service ever. Seems like if you are not black you will get treated like a nobody. Never get a Thank you. But you will get a "here ya go" as the window slams shut. Then the whole turn their back to you while glaring over their shoulder at you.

        This is the absolute worst service in Warner Robins, Georgia, especially the lady that works nights the one that has the fake blond wig, which roadkill looks a better than that wig. And they all acknowledge like it's our fault that they work there. I have seen homeless people with better attitudes than the sorry people who work there. And then if you go to the drive thru around 430a.m. (and they close at 5a.m.) they let you sit at the menu forever and when you get fed up with that and pull up they ignore you and eventually someone says that they are closed due to their grill not working. I'm seriously surprised that know one that has worked there has attempted suicide

        Overall

        Fries are always empty in middle from over cooking. The staff can be very rude. I have never received a simple thank you when I got my order. I always have to ask if that's all before they slam window.

        As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
