The Dr kept me informed as to what the plan and goals were. The staff he has working for him is very respectful to you and your needs. I dislike I had to go, but since I encountered a mishap, in glad I went to Middle Ga Orthopedics. In Warner Robins Ga. Off of Watson Blvd.
Amazing work and communication.

Had to have carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel and total shoulder replacement surgery and Dr David Wiley is a Christian and a great person first and an exceptional doctor. He never dismisses any concerns that you have concerning the problems that you may be experiencing. The staff and nurses are very professional and caring. You need ALL those things to be in a profession like the one that they are in.

Ankle and wrist forgot name of doctor did a great job was patient and willing to take extra steps to avoid surgery. Of course afternoon appointments in office were not timely due to emergencies but overall wasn't bad. Physical therapy was timely and started at appropriate level I was doing little steps to build muscle to harder exercises.

Don't expect for this office to keep it's appointments on time. If you have all day to wait than this is the place for you. The room rotation terribly ran. Technology is behind the times.

Terrible. My 10 year old daughter and I have been waiting on a followup with Dr. Phillips for an hour and 25 minutes past her originally scheduled time. We were at the appointment 12 minutes early. So for nearly 2 hours, we have been sitting...and sitting..and sitting..etc. I can understand acute care clinics and ER visits taking awhile with them being walk-ins and needing prioritized; but an appointment your staff at MGO booked a month ago?! Come on.... Utterly ridiculous. Will not come here again. Cantrell Center or McLeod, Hughes & Associates run rings around this circus in respect to customer care and doctor interaction. I will take my family's needs to those places before I step foot in here again. Finally, seen after an hour and 25 minute wait by PA Chris Jones(nice guy). Time for him to tell us that her ailment was good to go and needed no further evaluations...5 minutes. Five minutes does not equal an hour and 25 minute wait. Terrible!!!! Also, conveniently, there are no customer service cards to fill out and place in "their" secure box. So here I am. Work on all areas of customer care for the next ones to pass into y'alls practice. These folks are great HEALERS. Their faith in the Lord and knowledge of the orthopedic musculoskeletal field are unsurpassed. It's never exciting news when you need to get surgery but knowing that you are safe and in competent hands is half of the battle. Here I didn't even bat an eye. I knew I was covered and it would all go smoothly. I was right!

When I first found out that I might have to have surgery I was very anxious. I came to see Dr. Malone soon after and my mind was immediately set at ease. I didn't have to worry about one thing after that and it felt amazing. I'm doing great now and its all thanks to MGO.

There is no one better than Dr. Malone. He has such a great bedside manner and he was very understanding when answering all of my questions. I would 110% recommend him.

I don't know what I would've done the past few months without Dr. Phillips and the staff at MGO. They were always professional and attentive while providing top-notch care the entire time. Dr. Phillips kept my spirits up by being so humorous and upbeat...it was a great experience.
