Ed Baisley is the only landscaper that we use. He helped us when we first bought our home over 20 years ago and is still our go to guy. I called him this morning for an estimate, he returned my call promptly and was here before noon. Pricing is very reasonable and always professionally done.

Amanda D. Everything is not always what it seems. Ed Baisley is a decent man. When you called about wood his family was greaving the untimely loss of one of their grandsons. Always remember that we never know everyone's story. This is a perfect example. Don't try to destroy his business. Remember you did say that everyone was "polite."

I heard that this company was local and i wanted to try to keep the money flowing in the community. I called this company in the middle of August to place an order for 2 cords of wood. The owners wife answered the phone. I asked her how much each cord would be and she told me $200. I asked her if there would be any way they can bring the price down if i bought 3 cords of wood. She told me she was not sure but when her husband delivered the wood i could ask him about it. She said when they get wood in that our house would be the first on the list. She was very nice. I said ok and gave her my address for the order. About a month went by and i didn't hear anything from them. I gave them another call in September and again, they insisted we would be the first on the list. Here we are in october and i still didnt hear anything. I called today and left a message reminding them that the weather is changing, it is getting colder and that we needed wood still. The owner calls back and asks me what i want. REALLY? thats not professional at all! I told him i called them back in august and he told me that i never did call them! i told him i spoke to his wife and the second time i spoke to him! Then he says that they have no more wood. and that he cant help us. What a jerk! Everyone please check reviews of any business! This man was very unprofessional and down right rude! and now im left racing around trying to see if anyone still has any wood left.
