        Overall

        In January 2017 Our furnace just stopped working, I called TWC to check the thermostat since it's tied to our security system. It was determined to be a furnace issue. I called SLB Heating and Cooling. Shaun Clay answered the phone I was very surprised being this was later in the evening and I thought I would have to leave a message. Shaun came out, evaluated the furnace, ordered the part, installed it, did a follow-up call making sure everything still working correctly. Their price was very reasonable - This company cares about their customers. I plan to use them in the future, and I have already referred them to several other people.
