        It was all over the phone! I need to switch to a paper mailed bill! My husbands email is too difficult to navigate! So I need a paper bill mailed to the home so I can pay it by Check!

        If I could give fewer then 1 stars I would! Completely unresponsive in this power outage...zero information and 80% of the operators sound robotic and uncaring! (There have been 2 sympathetic people).
