My experience was completely different this past month when I went to Guns and Ammo, mainly because they have the best inventory to choose from when looking for a pistol. Being in sales myself, I am very critical of a bad customer service. Upon arriving they were completely swamped with customers and I expected a long wait. Jason walked out for the back and instead of going to lunch he asked if he could help us. He was knowable, professional and friendly. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the whole experience! We asked a lot of questions and he answered them with out making us feel stupid. They even took time to show me how to break down a 1911 to clean and put it back together! I have since returned and had another great purchase experience! Not sure why some many others are having such a hard time, but I highly recommend them!
These guys know their stuff and are extremely helpful, friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy! They understand what "customer service" is all about and I have found them to be true to their word and willing to assist in any way they possibly can. It has been a joy to work with them and you won't find any better pricing on AR-15 parts or completed projects anywhere! They are knowledgable and good at what they do - you won't be disappointed!
Prices are good, and the employees are very helpful. I like the wide selection of firearms and brands. I would not, however, recommend purchasing AK-47's, or anything sold by Century Firearms. The AK-47 that I purchased is the worst rifle that I've ever shot, and Century will not honor the one year warranty. Century is full of excuses of why they will not help.
