The King's Jewelers

When I picked up my ring that was being repaired I realized that this month, January, 2013, marked 60 years, YES THAT'S RIGHT, SIXTY YEARS of doing business with The King's Jewelers. My first transaction was buying my Gavel to be used during my term as Honored Queen in Job's Daughter's Bethel 14 in Oakland CA. McConnell's Jewelers, as it was known then, was located in downtown Oakland, CA. I was 17 years old. Over these 60 years my family have been loyal and very satisfied customers. We were thrilled when they moved the business to Walnut Creek making it so much more convenient for us. We are now being served by the third generation of McConnell's. We love the warm and friendly family that owns the business. We are not just "customers", but are treated like friends and have developed a very close personal relationship with them. They are dedicated to giving their clients the best service possible, and working with them to make sure they are completely satisfied with the piece of jewelery they purchase. Our family trusts them so much, that when my son, who was living out of the state at the time, was ready to purchase the enagement ring for his wife to be, he called long distance and asked Bill McConnell to choose the diamond for him.
