I purchased my Saab from Dirito Bros. in 2005 and had good service when nothing was wrong and the Saab car was still selling. Now it has been a nightmare with the service department taking 6 weeks to find a simple battery cable that was back ordered and to be made and shipped from Sweden. Then the service manager calls and says it is unavailable. After six weeks? he says I need to look myself online. I did and I found it. New Saab part , free shipping in usa. dEruoparts.com. I am disappointed in the way this issue was handled. I feel they were dishonest in not telling me sooner they would only get the part from the defunct Saab company. this gets no stars at all but i had to click one.
