The pizzas at Pinky's are incredible. The crust is the perfect combination of crunchy and soft, and the sauce is incredible. For those who love olives on their pizza, Pinky's has the best olives. I know it doesn't make sense, and I would never attempt to explain it, but Pinky's must do something to them because I have never tasted pizza olives like them. In addition to all of the typical topping offerings, Pinky's also offers linguica, which I know isn't that exotic but I'm still surprised how many pizzerias still don't offer it. My only criticism would be the sausage, which tastes more like ground pork than seasoned sausage.
But the primary differentiator between Pinky's and all other pizzerias is their ranch. I don't know what it is about their ranch, but like their olives, the ranch is unmatched. They make their own, and they pour it from the same container in which you would make frozen orange juice (I know it's a minor detail, but it's always stuck with me). I don't really like ranch, I don't eat it with salads or other vegetables, but I never order a Pinky's pizza without ordering a few cups of their ranch. As a friend of mine once said, ""Pinky's ranch would make sh*t on a stick taste good.""
