I worked there for a year. Both Dr.'s will lie and cheat the clients. Kevin likes to pull foxtails out of a vial; then claim he removed them from patient and charging them $300-$600. you dont get what you pay for here..much less. 3rd world medicine for your pet....if your away

THIS PLACE IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS...I am giving NO stars because I was tricked into spending for things that they knew would not help my dog...First of all the first visit was supposed to be free according to their write up in the phone book...I reminded them of this and they reluctantly removed it from the bill...Veterinarian Dosanjh Karan was nice enough but he was shielding his real intentions as he did not diagnose my dog like he should have...He sent us home with expensive medicines...view more and a bill of 519.00 after he was done with the exam...I don't know how long he has been a Veterinarian but he should have known that from my dogs symptoms and what we described to him about his condition, that our dog possibly had swallowed an object...Instead he chose to send us home after taking our money knowing that we would have to come back again for another GOUGING...We trusted them and waited for the meds to help our loving dog,of course he got worse...We took him back this time Veterinarian Gill Gurjeet was on duty...I asked for xrays and they took them and found our dog had a rock and it was lodged in his stomach...When asked what something like this would cost he said about 3500.00 but as he continued to talk he reached a whoping 5000.00 to 6000.00 and he would have to send us to another hospitol for more xrays which would cost more money...On that day we were charged 165.00 but the xrays were only supposed to cost 60.00...He gave me the story of he had to take more than one xray but thats not what it says in their write up advertisement...They even charged us for having to hold the dog down as they took the xray...

This next statement bothered me even more than being GOUGED...They took my dog to the xray room I followed and as I turned I saw Veterinarian Gill Gurjeet Shove my dog away with force...My dog is playful and I know he was in pain but he is a soldier and was really hiding his pain...I did not say anything because I was in a worried state at the time and did not want to be confrontational but now that I am home I realize just how much we were SUCKERED and RIPPED off at the expense of our loving dogs pain...

We will take our dog SOMEWHERE else that will care about his health and NOT try to take ADVANTAGE of people in time of need...

My dog got really sick on this past long weekend and won't stop throwing up and not eating. I got scared because my dog being a lab has habit of getting into trash cans and in past undergone surgery for removal of objects from his belly. We had barbeque during the weekend god know what he got himself into.
My regular vet was closed being weekend so I started calling around my friend to get their advise what to do and 2 of my friend recommended Apollo Vet as they take their pets there

I rushed to Apollo Vet and they were open and accepts walk in emergencies.
They quickly took x-rays and found aluminum foil in the stomach and my loving dog got surgery in couple of hours and foil was removed.
he came home next day and is healing and happy. goes back in 2 weeks for stiches removal
I was surprised by what Apollo charged it was HALF what I paid last time for the surgery at my regular vet
I will be changing vet to Apollo as they are open 365 day/ year till midnight and is great ALTERNATIVE TO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL and I can even get regular visits like physical and vaccines after my work which happens to be in San Francisco at night at no additional charge
thank you Apollo for helping we needed the most

Will not return with my kitty. Long waits in hot, airless exam rooms {36 minutes} both times. Spent near $300.00 for a diagnosis of " I think it is fungal". Every one seemed nice, but not very attentive Did not feel well cared for.

Offered a free consultation wi...

Offered a free consultation with Vet and a quote on treatment for finding them in yellow pages. Yellow pages has a coupon for the free consult, however, I went to YP online and they didn't have one. I was given this option just for mentioning it. Also, Yelp offers a coupon for $20.00 for the $40.00 service.

Thank you Apollo, this help us financially as I am not working at this time. your generosity and concern for our pets is much appreciated.
