I've had all but one services here on my car. You are assigned a service manager, I believe by alphabet of your last name. I have to say, I originally had the best service manager and I never felt like he was trying to add anything extra or trying to find things wrong with my car and when you would go in there you felt treated pretty good for the most part and it's very organized and I liked the fact that I had my own service guy. Well he left about a 1 1/2 ago and I now have a new service manager and although he is nice, let me just say, it was a whole different experience with him. I totally felt like he was trying add stuff on and gauge me for some reason and I don't know if that's even true, but the fact that I felt that way for the first time since going there, made me feel a little resentful. I know that it's their job in the service department to make as much money as they can, but at least try and be a little slick about it...I just felt like he wasn't and I haven't been back yet, in fact I'm overdue on my service, because I just don't want to go through that again and being a woman is even worse. I know they probably are thinking, if you want to own a Mercedes, then you better expect to pay, but I'm not rich and even if I were, I don't think you should have to put out money just because. I will say, that everyone there is always very professional, very friendly and courteous, so as far as customer service goes, I would have to give them an A+. Just not sure how I feel about the service situation, but I guess that's where they make a lot of their money, so it would be a little different.
After searching for a reliable place to take my 2005 Audi A3, I was recommended to this shop by one of my clients, my audi was fixed the first time …
Looking to buy a car from your typical dealership has always been an unpleasant experience for me in the past and the few dealers we have visited last week were no different, until we went to Toyota of Walnut Creek I was interested in a new corolla and had filled our a form online, I received a phone call in 15 minutes. I could not make it in until the weekend and the car I had my heart set on was sold. Toyota of walnut creek continued to look for the exact vehicle I wanted and called me about a week later and told me of two vehicles I might be interested in seeing. I came down and chose one of the cars and was pleasantly surprised to get in and out in an hour and a half – a personal dealership record! When my wife and I came to make the final payment and pick up my vehicle the next day, it was totally detailed and with a full tank of gas no less, and on display. This helped to compliment my choice of car by my wife. When was the last time I got a full tank of gas on a car from a dealer....NEVER!!!
I just bought my very first car, a Mercedes CLK 350, from the guys at M Sport Motors, and I could not be happier! Julian, the finance manager, was so wonderful in getting me approved for a loan. I've been working on my credit for the last year, and he was able to get me approved for twice the amount that Toyota WC was able to. The day after I purchased my car, the motor on one of the windows went out and the window was stuck down. This is obviously something they couldn't have anticipated when I purchased the car. When my boyfriend took the car back to show them what happened, they graciously agreed to have it repaired, free of charge, and returned my car to me in no time! They even stored it in their garage while waiting for the part to arrive so I wouldn't have to worry about theft or possible rain damage. I highly recommend seeing them for your next car purchase if you're in the the market for a used car. Their customer service is great and everyone at the dealership is so friendly. Thanks guys!
