I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life. The employees and the vets are some of the rudest uneducated people I have met. They do not care about the animals only how much money they can get out of you! I had a sick dog and called asking how much it would be to have him seen, as his normal vet was packed. They told me "We will need $300 but if you only have $80-$100 we can just run fluids, and if he dies he dies.". I got him treated and he is still alive thanks to my vet, all for $75. These people are in the business for all the wrong things, I wouldn't trust them with a hamster.
