Unprofessional and dirty

I went with my friend to pick up her dog. Not only was the haircut bad but her nails didn't get cut! I was considering bringing my dog here but I will look elsewhere after this experience.

So....

Very unhappy with my dogs hair cut.. It doesn't look like I took my dog to the groomers I can't believe I paid fifty dollars for this.

I took my dog here a few month...

I took my dog here a few months ago just to get her nails clipped and i was NOT impressed. I dealt with a competitor salon first ( Barks n bubbles) and was treated very rudely on the phone. My entire experience with Li'l Nells has been amazing. The staff is extremely helpful, the facility is AWESOME, and I love that my dog gets to play with the other dogs in between the different parts of being groomed. I've used the self-wash and ha...

I've used the self-wash and had my poodle groomed there. The staff is extremely generous with their help and supplies when I'm washing my own dog, and I really appreciate it. However! I DON'T like all these dogs roaming freely about. I think it's kind of dangerous -- I wouldn't want mine out like that. I have a Yorkie and always she is done so nicely. The shop is always clean. I don't know what the first reveiwer meant .. it never smells badly.. always it's clean. I left other groomer's for that reason. I think Little Nell's is Excellent!! I've been taking my dog there for over a year now. Always a professional cut, nice groomers. Nice place.

dirty and expensive

I bathed my own dog in the self serve tubs and there was several animals hair in the tub. Filth just cacked on all over like they havent been cleaned out in days. Not only that they charged me $15 just to give him a quick shampoo myself. Unbelievable. The smell of animal urine filled the space. I will tell everyone to go elsewhere if you care about the health of your dog.

Awesome atmosphere!

Love the atmospere at L'il Nell's. Their facility has a large play room that resembles outdoors w/ a in door potty area. Their staff is super friendly and seem to really love dogs. I also love the way they groom my dog Hearty. He goes running to the door as soon as we pull in!! I highly recommend L'il Nell's for grooming, daycare or their self serve petwash!!!!!! 10 stars
