We Picked The Sofa Up 3 Days After Purchase Big Plus!! That We Could Get It So Quick. Got The Sectional Unwrapped It And Started Noticing A Lot Of Lose Threads A Pretty Large Tear Indentations From Something Being Pressed Against It Gouges In The Ottoman, Of Course We Were Upset But Did Not Blame Anyone Things Happen That's Why We Paid The Extra Money For The Warranty On Every Piece. Well We Called And Got The Nasty Person Probably In The Customer Service World (There's Some Nasty Ones Out There)! Seriously I Have Worked With The Public Most My Working Life And Little Miss Attitude Bianca Should Be Fired! After Explaining To Her Our Problem And Seeing What Our Next Step Was Giving Her Our Information And Dealing With Her Being Nasty For No Apparent Reason, She Continues To Tell Me Well Bring Us Back The Messed Up Couch On Friday Then Come Back Saturday To Pick Up The New One......Kind Of I Shocked I Explained We Lived Over A Hour Away, So With A Even Nastier Attitude She Repeats Her Self Of course By Then After Spending Well Over A $1000. On A Messed Up Couch And Dealing With Little Miss Nasty Pants I Was Kind Of Done Playing Nice So I Had Then Explained That If They Gave A Us Gas Money Sure No Problem Well After Going Back And Forth With Someone Of Such Little Intelligent On How to Speak To People My Husband Then Thought He Would Give It a Try She Then After Being Extremely Nasty With Him Say Well I Guess Your Keeping A Ripped Couch. ANYWAYS Spoke To A Manager Mary Wonderful Women Totally Understood Why Someone Would Be Upset And Was Shocked By A Employee Speaking To A Customer Like That Ensured us That Someone Would Come Out And Repair The Furniture And If I Had Noticed Any Other Issues To Please Call Her. Tried To Call Her 2 Times One she Wasn't Working The Other Bianca Told Me She Was Busy With A Costumer And Couldn't Call Me Back. Period......WELL Apparently Little Miss Nasty Pants ( Bianca ) Still Had Her Job...She Called To Let Us Know Our Time Frame For This Tuesday A Week Later From Pick Up, She Surprisingly Told Me That They Were Replacing Our WHOLE SET! I Repeated It At Least 5 Times Knowing Her Lack Of Costumer Service Intelligent And she Said "UHH YEA DA WHOLE THANG" I Thanked Her A Left It At That All Was Good! Thought For Some Reason Let Me DOUBLE CHECKED That The Ottoman Would Be Included Since That Technically Was Separate Come To Find Out BIANCA (Surprise) Lied Or Had Gotten " Things Confused " They Were Only Replacing On Part Of The Sectional. Called Tonight The Monday Before Our Drop Off For Our "NEW SET" And Found All This Out. Well Spoke To Someone Other Then Bianca Didn't Catch Her Name But She Was Very Nice. She Put Me Through To Sunny Another Manager There Who After Working Out A Few Thing Set up For ALL THREE PEICES To Be Replaces A Week From Now. Kind Of A Long Wait But Whatever. Basically After A Whole Lot Of BULL Were Getting What We Paid For, So Lets See If This One Will Be Ruined.
