Just Tires

My daughter has an older Chrysler 300C. She had several mechanical issues taken care of by Chrysler (evidently some can only be done by the dealership). But even after tie rods had been replaced and other areas corrected to the tune of $800+ dollars, the car steering wheel still shook over 50 mph. She was told the tires AND the rims needed to be replaced, which meant more money. As a mom, I was concerned, as she travels often to southern Illinois. She took her car to the Mt. Prospect Just Tires and they evaluated it first and recommended that just the tires be replaced, and an alignment be done. With the advertised discounts they alerted her to, and the same tires she would have gotten at the dealership - she saved a little over a hundred dollars. AND, she didn't have to pay for whatever the rims would have cost. She called to tell me her steering wheel no longer shakes on the highway. And, bonus...they had the tires in stock and did the tires as she waited-- so she could get to work on time. We sent her there because we had had our tires done there about 5 months ago... and were happy with the service we got. So... I'm a believer, there is a difference in tire stores - maybe it is the quality of the franchise, or maybe it's just the management. Either way - go to the Just Tires in Mt. Prospect if you need to hit the road with confidence.
