I lived at these apartments for a year and I truly am disappointed. Me and my Fiance and three kids lived in one of their 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. For being such a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath the on-ground caretaker totally ruined our stay there along with the parking, literally there is no parking there. They told us that we are not allowed to have ANY visitors after 6 pm if so their cars will be towed. The caretaker does drive around after 6 to check for stickers on cars too. Their on-ground caretaker is the most unprofessional, least understanding person I have met. Within the first week that we moved in she came knocking on our door at 4 pm, about, to tell me that my kids were being too loud. They were tickling each other laughing is all. I felt upset I did not know what she wanted me to do I was not going to tell my kids to not play especially when they just got home from school and they are excited to play with each other. She would always talk to us in just a disrespectful manner. She once had the nerve to come knock on my door at 9 at night to tell me that I needed to tell my friends to leave, cause she seen when they came that they were Hispanic and we are Hispanic so she assumed without asking that it was our visit! She did not tell us in a friendly voice she just came and started barking at me when I was home alone with my kids while my fiance was at work. I was in such shock and disbelief. My fiance works in a big company here in Alexandria and he has had quiet a bit of co-workers who lived at pheasant run apartments as well that they have had issues with the on-ground caretaker as well, with being rude and unprofessional and how she is always harassing families. They really need to start looking for a more professional caretaker and maybe they would not lose so many tenants. We have been harassed and been treated unfairly and bad by this lady such a sad sight to see such a great place with such a bad soul. In the year we lived at pheasant run their was only a hand full of people that had anything nice to say about this lady. She has stated to us that she has "friends" living here which are the handful of people that actually have something nice to say about her.
