I have always opposed going to a dealership for maintenance, due in part to price and customer service. I just moved to Hawaii and my door motor for my window went out after 90,000 miles. So they replaced it, and it was expensive as you would expect. The new one recently went out after only 17 months, however it was 5 months over dealership's warrant. When I called them they said they would not cover the faulty part or labor they charged me. Not even partially cover. I typically go with local maintenance shops since they would have worked with you. I will not return to Toni Nissan. They over price and under deliver. Exactly what you would expect from a dealership.
