        It wouldn't be Wahiawa without the venerable Top Hat Bar!Bot to worry! The oldest watering hole in central Oahu is celebrating it's 70th year in a beautiful new facility. Located in the historic and original business district on North Cane St. Great fanily atmosphere with billards, video games, kareoke an friendly service.With four generations of friendly Wahiawa customers it is still "where friends (and taxpayers) meet.
