This mobile home park has been charging $50 dollars extra almost every month
for anything they perceive as an infraction of there rules without notifying us first to give us a chance to correct the perceived problem.
When we get the monthly statement it is added on without any communication. The management even lost there copy, or so they claimed, of our original contract and said we had to sign a new one.
On the original they (by sticky note) offered two months free if we signed a one year contract (3d and 6th month) which they never gave us and said we have to prove it.
What a nightmare.
